This was a contract-based dropshipping project aimed at overcoming the challenge of product selection and ad spend efficiency. The primary problem was finding products that resonated with the specific target market while maintaining low cost per mille (CPM).
To tackle this, I implemented a smart product testing strategy paired with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and Google, focusing on performance targeted ad placements. This approach allowed me to identify our winning products faster and at lower acquisition costs, all while continuously refining the ad campaigns based on real time results data.
Results:
My solution resulted in a dramatic revenue increase from £820 to £32,600 per month, demonstrating the power of data-driven decisions and strategic ad spend. This project not only highlights my ability to scale dropshipping businesses but also showcased how targeted product testing and smart advertising can maximize returns on ad spend.
The outcome proves the effectiveness of low risk testing combined with high return strategies and established a strong foundation for future growth and long term success in the dropshipping sphere.
