The Gitcoin Passport Scorer is a tool used in conjunction with Gitcoin Passport to allow communities to determine if their users fall within criteria and parameters that the communities set for various events, applications, and functionalities, so that those users can participate. The community creates an API key that they can use in order to access the Scorer. The Scorer API pulls in a number of Ethereum addresses that the communities submit and either bulk scores the addresses or scores them individually.
