Banking Backend Modernization

I was the technical lead in the Enterprise Middleware Integration Project for NBC Tanzania, a subsidiary of ABSA Group. I led a team of developers in building a full Enterprise Middleware that exposed the bank's capabilities through APIs. Technologies used included WSO2 API Manager and ESB for the middleware and Java for the Business logic.

As part of the project, I was also tasked in ensuring DevOps practices such as CI/CD are adhered to, which included building pipelines for Development, UAT, and Production environments.
