Sandeep Chaudhary, or "Sandy" to his peers, is at the forefront of innovation in human capital technology. He is deeply passionate about bringing the much-needed human capital and tech integration to the world. This passion for elevating its importance and value has brought him success as CEO and member of the Board at PeopleStrong—establishing himself as a leader within the HR Tech SaaS industry and across the Asia-Pacific region.

With extensive experience bridging tech—human capital gaps, Sandy works tirelessly to educate us all through writing ‘The New Code Of Work’ and creating what he calls 'HR-Tech 4.0' while also advocating on behalf of Armed Forces veterans' rights via NXT Command—an incredible feat effortlessly completed alongside work commitments!

Sandy, a Himachal Pradesh native and alum of Bishop Cotton in Shimla, has had an impressive career trajectory. After receiving post-graduate degrees from Symbiosis in Business Management and the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, plus a Master’s degree in Labour Law & Welfare from MLL&LW—he is a 20-year veteran in the HR consulting industry.

Previously, Sandy was an influential business leader at AON, a mega-corporation with annual revenues of $12 billion. He steered their ship in India and South Asia as CEO while moving up to lead global initiatives such as the Global Executive Committee Chair for the Emerging Markets Council.

His impact extends beyond corporate management as he served on advising committees dealing with matters such as corporate governance and citizenship at one of India's esteemed education institutions—IIM Bangalore. Sandy additionally serves as an Independent Director at Burger King India.

Sandy realises that health, happiness and productivity are the keys to a better world. He is taking on an ambitious challenge to promote these goals—running marathons! His experience has taught him that amazing things can be accomplished when people stay focused on what they hope to achieve and whom they're working for.  

He is a modern-day innovator on an incredible mission to revolutionise workplace experience and take performance to the next level.
