Hello Donald,
Thank you for your email. I appreciate you taking the time to inform me about the upcoming audit.
I will start preparing the team and organizing the materials for when the auditors get here.
I did have a few questions:
When will they arrive?
Is there anything specific we need to know about their visit?
Do you have any concerns you’d like to share with me?
What are our main goals going into this audit?
Your prompt response is appreciated, so I can make sure we ace this audit.
Sincerely,
Jodie Smith

Hello Donna,
My name is Nurse Rogers. I work with Dr. Ditka at Grove Medical Clinic.
I’m writing to inform you that your test results are in; the doctor would like to see you at your earliest convenience o he can go over them with you.
This is not an urgent matter; please don’t worry too much. But the doctor would like to talk to you about the results.
Please email me back at this email, or call me at780-876-5432and ask for Nurse Rogers so we can book an appointment for sooner rather than later.

Below is an example of a reply email. I’ve included the original to show, as best I can ithout different colors, my method for replying to emails that addresses all the information in the original while also being as organized as possible. This will show the boss, Mike, that Daniella is detail oriented, focussed, and understands his directions and needs.
Hi Daniella,
I’m looking for someone to help me with the company Christmas party. With everything that’s been going on, I thought it was a good idea to really go all out this year.
I’d like you to send me your ideas. We’ll need to have everything chosen and planned by November 15th.
Make sure you email me back byNovember 1stwith at least two suggestions for each of the following:
A venue (Color in blue)
Catering (Color in green)
Entertainment (Color in purple)
Employee Gifts (Color in orange)
Thanks so much for your help with this, and I look forward to seeing your suggestions!

Hi Mike!
Thank you for choosing me to help you with this project- I’m really excited to be involved in this.
I know you said you didn’t need a response untilNovember 1st, but I’ve done some research, and I have the following information below for you to decide between:
Venue (All of below coloured in blue)
Cosmonaut Bar and Restaurant- 1000$ (More with catering)
Located on 81st Street
Has a caterer included.
Facilities large enough to host our approximate number.
Website:CosmonautBarAndRestaurant.com
OR
The Airport Lounge (1000$)
Not actually the Airport Lounge- it’s a historic wing specifically for parties.
Located at City Centre Airport
Facilities are large enough
Website:AirportLounge.com
Catering (If we go with Cosmonaut, it’s included) All of below coloured in green)
Jenny’s Genuine Gazpacho (1000$)
Great reviews
Provides serving staff
Website:JennysGenuineGazpacho.com
OR
Royal Chef Catering (1000$)
We’ve used them before
Provides serving staff
Website:RoyalChefCatering.com
Entertainment (Colored in purple)
David Galeigh, Magician of The High Seas (500$)
Sounds hokey, but he’s good.
Good reviews.
Website:Magicianofthehighseas.com
OR
The Everyday Circus (500$)
Performs acrobatic and circus acts during the course of the evening, walking around through the party.
My personal favourite.
Website: EverydayCircus.com
Employee Gifts (Colored in orange)
10$ Gift Card to Tim Hortons (500$)
OR
10$ Movie Voucher (500$)
As I was doing this research, it became clear to me that we may need to accelerate our time table. Many places, caterers, and entertainment is being booked up quickly in anticipation of Christmas.
I think it would be beneficial to have this booked by November first, if not earlier.
I hope all that information makes sense. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send me an email and I’ll do my best to clarify.
Sincerely,
Daniella Harmon
