Overview

Translated brand requirements seamlessly into a fully functional Framer website for an EV-focused driving school. Worked on both the design phase (Figma mockups) and development phase.

Suggested and incorporated features such as QR-code based referrals - a novel concept in the industry.

Challenge & Solution

Client Goal: Create an engaging website with minimal friction for potential learners while differentiating the school from traditional competitors.

Collaborated closely with stakeholders to prioritize usability and brand alignment.

Proposed and implemented two industry-specific features to reduce friction in user journeys.

Dynamic Review Integration

Custom “Wall of Love” showcasing select online reviews, with a CMS to auto import from numerous channels and manage which ones are displayed.

Device-Aware Contact System

Desktop: QR code with persuasive call-to-action for instant mobile access to the contact page.

Mobile: One-tap call/text buttons to reduce conversion steps.

Context-aware QR Code Referral Program

Hidden landing page with query-string tracking for referral campaigns.

Designed to be linked through QR-codes on business cards (phygital approach)

Incentive-driven contact forms to convert referrals into enrollments.

Simplified Content Management

Widget-based approach to ensure all elements of the site can be managed without the need for a technical professional.

Outcomes

Improved online visibility of the business.

Improved conversions, with various customers of the business indicating "good website" as a reason for choosing to reach out.
