The main tool support is using was the backoffice software, for which I worked closely with the design team to re-write using:- ReactJS
- Typescript- Ruby-on-Rails
- GraphQL
- AWS Kubernetes
Shortly after the product launch, we have seen efficiency improvement with an estimated value in time savings of around 400,000$ / year
