Working with a company on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry, my role at Sonder was making the support agent's work as efficient as possible.

 

The main tool support is using was the backoffice software, for which I worked closely with the design team to re-write using:- ReactJS

- Typescript- Ruby-on-Rails

- GraphQL

- AWS Kubernetes

 

Shortly after the product launch, we have seen efficiency improvement with an estimated value in time savings of around 400,000$ / year
