The Mayfair Resort — Illustrated Spatial Experience

For this client project, I was commissioned to visually express the full guest experience of The Mayfair Resort through a single, adaptable illustration that could support multiple departments—from design to marketing. The result is a detailed sectional drawing that showcases the resort’s key offerings, from tranquil pools and vibrant lounges to curated guest spaces and lush green terraces. Instead of using conventional 3D renders, we opted for a more expressive, hand-illustrated approach to capture both the spatial layout and the inviting atmosphere of the resort in one cohesive, narrative-driven image.

Each illustration style was created with a specific use in mind: — Clean architectural linework for internal planning and spatial clarity — Color-rich poster versions to highlight ambiance for marketing and print — Annotated layouts to walk potential guests through key experiences — Editorial-inspired visuals for press, social media, and branding assets

By shifting the illustration style, the same section adapts across touchpoints—from design reviews to emotional storytelling. This approach not only communicates layout and amenities, but also evokes the feeling of being at The Mayfair.
