The Gideons International is a non-profit organization that had an big problem with paperwork, especially with the membership process, therefore I sped up their digital transformation to reduce the friction and time of the processes.

There were processes in this organization that took more than a month to get an answer from the Nashville headquarters, they were constantly sending real letters with all the information, I replaced all that with digital solutions that sped up the whole organization and led them to new levels.

Deliverables:
• Reduced the amount of time it takes to add a new member to the organization from 2 months to just 15 minutes.
• Removed all paper work related to membership.
• Allowed the staff team to visualize, alert on and understand metrics with a beautiful dashboard.
