Scalable, Multilingual Framer Redesign for Pollen’s Next Growth Stage
In partnership with the Pollen team, GG Studio led a complete strategic redesign of their website in Framer — turning a static, limited experience into a fast, conversion-focused and fully scalable product. The new website combines advanced components, a dynamic CMS structure and a robust multilingual system, giving Pollen’s internal team full autonomy to launch new pages, iterate on content and support multiple markets without relying on developers.

Overview

Pollen came to us with a clear mission: they needed a website that followed the pace of their growth.
The previous version made experiments slow, content updates painful and multi-language rollout almost impossible without technical help. For a team that lives on iteration and data, the website was holding them back instead of pushing them forward.
Our role at GG Studio was to rethink the entire experience from the ground up using Framer — not just to “make it prettier”, but to build a high-performance, future-proof website that their team could truly own.

Challenges & Goals

Together with Pollen, we defined a few non-negotiables:
Move faster without breaking things The team needed to ship new pages, campaigns and experiments in days, not weeks.
Increase performance and conversion Speed, clarity and UX had to directly support the company’s acquisition goals.
Centralize content in a scalable CMS No more scattered sections and hard-coded pages — Pollen wanted a clean CMS that could grow with their roadmap.
Be truly multilingual The new experience needed to support multiple languages from day one, without duplicating effort or breaking the layout.
Keep full internal autonomy After launch, the Pollen team didn’t want to depend on external agencies for every small update.

GG Studio x Pollen: How We Worked

To hit these goals, we combined design, development and process in a single streamlined collaboration:
Weekly check-ins with the core team We met with Pollen every week to align priorities, review iterations and make decisions quickly — no endless back-and-forth.
Strategic UX and content mapping Before designing a single screen, we restructured the site architecture around the user journey and key business KPIs (signups, demos, contact requests).
Custom Framer implementation We built the new website 100% in Framer using a component-driven approach, so each section could be reused, remixed and scaled across new pages.
Rigorous QA before launch Every page passed through a detailed QA process covering responsiveness, accessibility, mobile usability and visual consistency.
Video-based training for the internal team To guarantee independence after delivery, we recorded personalized walkthroughs showing exactly how to create pages, edit CMS content and manage languages in Framer.

What We Built in Framer

The new Pollen website is more than a redesign — it’s a product layer that supports growth:
Advanced, reusable components Hero sections, pricing blocks, feature grids, testimonials, FAQs and CTAs were all built as flexible components. This allows the Pollen team to assemble new high-conversion pages in minutes, using the same design system.
Dynamic CMS architecture We structured the CMS to centralize core content types (use cases, blog posts, resources, product features, FAQs, etc.), so a single update can propagate across multiple pages without manual duplication.
Multilingual system by design The entire site was built with a multilanguage mindset — content is structured for translation, layouts adapt seamlessly, and the team can add or maintain new languages without redoing the design.
Modern, lightweight interface We refined typography, spacing, motion and hierarchy to create a clean, frictionless experience with a clear “wow effect” at each scroll, without sacrificing performance.

Results

After the redesign, Pollen now has a website that matches the level of their product and growth ambitions.
While specific numbers belong to the client, we can highlight key outcomes:
Significant uplift in performance Faster loading times and a cleaner front-end stack in Framer improved overall technical performance and user perception of quality.
Higher conversion potential Clearer content structure, stronger CTAs and streamlined flows created a more focused, conversion-driven experience for key actions such as signups and demo requests.
More engagement across the page A better visual rhythm, micro-interactions and a strong narrative per section helped increase scroll depth and time on page.
Total autonomy for the Pollen team With reusable components, a well-structured CMS and tailored video training, the internal team now manages pages, content and languages in-house — with no ongoing dependency on external developers.
A scalable foundation for the next releases New pages, campaigns and territories can be launched on top of the existing system, without starting from scratch or compromising design consistency.

Who This Is For

This type of Framer website redesign is ideal for:
SaaS companies and product teams that run constant experiments and can’t be blocked by rigid websites.
Startups preparing for new markets, funding rounds or product launches that need a scalable, multilingual digital presence.
Marketing teams that want full autonomy to ship, test and iterate, without waiting on code for every adjustment.
If your website is slowing down your growth, it’s probably time to treat it as a product — not just a brochure.
