These widgets tackle every stage of the policy lifecycle — from bulk uploading customer data to validating key documents and monitoring upcoming renewals — enabling users to manage operations quickly and effortlessly.

PolicyPilot harnesses AI-based document recognition and OCR technology, seamlessly integrated through Nest.js’s powerful backend, to automatically scan and verify uploaded files. It extracts key data points like names, policy numbers, and expiration dates, minimizing manual entry and errors. Next.js ensures a smooth, responsive frontend for users to interact with these capabilities.

With intelligent document parsing driven by Nest.js’s efficient data management and Next.js’s real-time updates, the system instantly flags missing information, mismatches, or expired documents. This full-stack synergy helps teams validate submissions faster and keeps policy workflows running smoothly.

PolicyPilot’s web dashboard, built with Next.js for a dynamic, user-friendly frontend and Nest.js for a scalable backend, equips teams with real-time tracking tools to monitor policy creation. A dedicated validation widget, powered by this full-stack setup, highlights documents that fail checks, making it easy to spot and resolve issues before they disrupt workflows.
Seamless Document Management
Users can upload and verify essential documents — such as licenses, registrations, IDs, and inspection reports — directly through the platform. Nest.js’s automation capabilities, paired with Next.js’s intuitive interface, automatically flag missing or expired files, ensuring policies stay compliant and complete with minimal manual effort.

For added flexibility, PolicyPilot extends to a mobile app, leveraging Next.js for a consistent frontend experience across devices and Nest.js for a fast, scalable backend. Designed for agents and field staff, the app simplifies tasks like creating policies, updating records, and tracking statuses — all from a smartphone.
