Kaizen Fightworks Website - Framer Development

I designed and developed a complete digital presence for Kaizen Fightworks, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym in Istanbul, centered around creating a welcoming community feel. The project encompassed brand identity, website design, Framer development, and custom photography - all crafted to lower the barrier for newcomers while maintaining the authenticity of the sport.

The website features custom scroll interactions and animations built entirely in Framer, creating an engaging experience that reflects the gym's progressive philosophy. Since launch, the site has generated over 10,000 views and consistently brings in 5 new members monthly, proving that thoughtful design directly impacts real-world growth.
