When we began work on ambci.org, the site had almost no visibility in Google search. In the previous 3 months, it received only:
86 total clicks
11.1K impressions
Average Position: 45.3
There was a lot of potential, but the content was not optimized, and the site structure needed improvement.
✅ Strategy & Work Done
To boost performance, we implemented a targeted SEO strategy:
In-Depth Keyword Research: Focused on low-competition keywords in the organization’s niche.
Content Strategy: Created new pages and blog posts with optimized titles, headings, and content.
Technical Fixes: Improved site speed, mobile usability, and indexability.
On-Page SEO: Fixed metadata, added alt tags to images, and used schema markup where applicable.
Indexing & Sitemaps: Submitted updated XML sitemap to ensure quick indexing of new and improved content.
📈 Results After 3 Months
The improvements were impressive:
Clicks Increased: From 86 → 1.51K (more than 17x growth)
Impressions Increased: From 11.1K → 188K
CTR Steady: At 0.8%
Average Position: Slightly dropped from 45.3 → 48.1 (due to new content being indexed and ranked)
💡 Summary
This project shows how even a site with very little traffic can grow significantly with the right SEO efforts. In just 3 months, we turned a nearly invisible site into one with thousands of monthly impressions and steady growth in clicks.
