Design a virtual visit interface for patients and physicians to collect, organize, and analyze health information. The interface should capture all of the patient’s information in a way that is easy, informative, and fun to use.

Given several user personas and use case scenarios, I was asked to design 5 screens for the user interface of a virtual tele-health app.

Role: Visual design, UX design, human-centered design approach

Final Deliverables: User journey map, low-fidelity wireframes, final design, working prototype.
