Overview

Uber for Business is the enterprise arm of Uber, providing solutions for corporate travel, meals, commutes and customer transport via a unified dashboard. The engagement was commissioned by Framer to design and build a custom website that highlights Uber for Business’s global reach, product breadth and enterprise-grade capabilities.
The objective: create a visually strong, intuitive, scalable website that aligns with the Uber for Business brand while showcasing Framer’s ability to deliver high-end interactive web experiences.

Challenge

Framer asked to translate Uber for Business’s complex service offering (travel, meals, commuting, vouchers, dashboards, integrations) into a clean, compelling web presence. The main challenges included:
Organising and simplifying a broad range of use-cases and product modules into a coherent structure.
Aligning with Uber for Business’s established brand identity (colour, typography, tone) while elevating the site with modern interactions and motion.
Ensuring the website is performant, responsive and scalable — ready for global markets and multiple languages.
Building in Framer in a way that supports future updates, modular growth and marketing flexibility.

Process

1. Discovery & Alignment
I started by reviewing Uber for Business’s current website and brand materials, mapping their key offerings (travel, meals, commute, vouchers) and identifying user journeys for enterprise decision-makers. Together with the Framer team, we defined the objective: convey “the best of Uber, for business” while showcasing analytics, savings, integrations and program capabilities.
2. UX Architecture
I laid out the site’s information architecture: clear hero sections, product modules, industry-vertical use-cases, testimonial/case-study areas, and call-to-action flows for prospects to “Get Started”. I designed responses to typical pain points: “How do I manage business travel globally?”, “How do I track spend?”, “How do I integrate with existing tools?” — using content modules and navigation paths accordingly.
3. UI Design in Figma
Utilising Uber for Business’s brand assets, I created a UI system with: bold headings, clean grids, modular cards for use-cases, data-driven visuals (cost savings, CO₂ metrics) and subtle motion cues for interactive richness. The system was built for flexibility — allowing marketing to reuse sections as new features launch (e.g., “Sustainability dashboard” feature).
4. Development in Framer
I then built the full site in Framer:
Fully responsive design across breakpoints.
Custom components and modules (for hero banners, feature lists, testimonials, case-study sliders).
Animation and interactions (scroll‐based reveal, hover states, transitions between modules) to elevate the user experience without sacrificing clarity.
Integration of content management friendly structures so Uber for Business’s marketing team can update sections easily.
5. QA & Handoff
Before launch, I tested across devices and browsers for performance and visual consistency. I also created a handoff package/documentation for the Framer team and Uber for Business marketing stakeholders, ensuring they can maintain and expand the site going forward.

Results

The final website is a refined, high-quality Framer-built site that faithfully reflects Uber for Business’s brand while clearly communicating its enterprise capabilities: global reach, cost savings, sustainability insights, program control. The project served as a showcase of Framer’s ability to handle sophisticated, multi-module enterprise sites — while giving Uber for Business a web presence designed for growth and adaptability.
