Featured Story: ACE Clearwater Airfield Runway Reconstruction

Led a 200+ person team in the complete replacement of a 3,000 foot long runway.

Unlike every construction project you've ever seen, this one was completed two days early and under budget! This is despite the jobsite being remotely located on top of a sea island mountain, with nearly all personnel and equipment sourced from the mainland.

Thanks to the timely replacement of the aging original runway (built in 1946), the Airport was able to pass CalTrans inspection in 2019. This allowed the airport to reopen and deliver mail and packages to the island in time for the pandemic!
