Brand strategy carried through to working AI websites
Lucete AI Lab planned, designed and launched nine independent AI services and its company website with AI assistance. This portfolio brings together original company projects across business, art, music and entertainment.
From a concept to a usable website
The work connects positioning, naming, visual direction, page structure and interface copy with implementation using Claude, GitHub, Vercel and Supabase. The role covered planning, design and AI-assisted development. These are our own launched projects.
Three different brand and website examples
PLANET ME: a sound-resort world expressed through a website, recurring characters, music and AI video. Explore PLANET ME.
INNERLOG: a literary-house concept expressed through naming, language and interaction. Explore INNERLOG.
BECOMES: a growth experience communicated through its company website and program planning. Explore BECOMES.
A fixed-scope Brand Strategy, Website Messaging & AI Workflow Brief costs USD 3,000. It covers one brand, one offer and one target market: positioning, naming and creative direction, a sitemap of up to five pages, homepage copy for up to six sections, three AI workflow guides and a 30 day action plan.
Delivery: a PDF brief and editable text within 14 days after complete requirements, with one consolidated revision. Website development and creative production are scoped separately.
Are these client case studies? They are original Lucete AI Lab projects demonstrating planning and implementation. No client sales results are claimed.
Does the strategy fee include a built website? It includes structure and messaging. Design, development, integrations and deployment require a separate scope.
What should I send? Your company introduction or website, core offer, target market, the decision you need to make and preferred timing. English communication is written, with translation support.
Design evidence: text, image and sound workflows
Haerang Yoo, founder of Lucete AI Lab, planned these independent services with AI-assisted implementation. The examples below show product decisions and recorded outputs, not commissioned client results.
INNERLOG: give each text field a separate job
A saved result contains a developed note and a separate closing line. The design decision is to give each field its own length, purpose and display location, so the interface can present them separately. The original customer input is not visible in that archive example and is not reconstructed from the output.
Tomorrow Me: separate a short input from the service rules
A saved customer input, “love love love”, produced a finished image card. The customer input is only one layer; the service also needs instructions for composition, style and result presentation. The archived card is a real generated output from the creator account, not a newly invented client example.
FREQUORA: make an audio result usable after generation
The saved library pairs the input “love” with a result titled “Eternal Warmth”. The product needs a named result and playable audio that a person can find again. This example makes the handoff from generation to playback and saved history concrete.
Before implementation, specify the customer input, fixed service instructions, expected result, next action and human review point. These decisions connect the brand promise to a usable workflow. For a scoped brief, send your company introduction, one core offer and the decision you need to make through the Brand Strategy, Website Messaging & AI Workflow Brief service.
