Redesign of Workera's Pathways Page
Workera utilizes artificial intelligence to precisely assess competencies, offering valuable insights into individuals with the required skills and those progressing towards acquiring them. As a frontrunner in skills verification, backed by a database of over 4 million measurements, Workera facilitates expedited learning and the implementation of talent strategies based on skills.
Learning development officers (LDOs) have to create and monitor a lesson plan/ curricula for their learners. The “pathways” page is first page the LDOs land on when they want to manage their learners and assign learning. This page is very confusing and needs to be redesigned.
Persona
Learning development officer (LDO) at large enter prize company.
Typically works in the HR department and reports to the chief HR officer.
Setts up the learning pathways in Workera.
Communicates with the managers to develop the right learning path for learners.
Angela asks Miguel what skills his teams need. Angela and Miguel communicate the needs of the learners to develop learning pathways. Angela builds the pathways and makes reports back to her Chief HR Officer.
