A Brand Identity Aligned with Growth & Transformation

The Challenge

When Cinzia approached me, she was transitioning into a more refined phase of her coaching practice: the brand needed to reflect her energy, authenticity, and transformative approach while standing out in a competitive coaching space. The previous identity lacked a cohesive visual direction and didn’t fully capture the clarity and empowerment that define her work.

My Role & Creative Process

My goal was to create a strategic and visually compelling identity that aligned with Cinzia’s values and coaching philosophy. I guided the process from brand strategy to visual execution, ensuring that every element—color, typography, illustration, and layout—felt intentional and aligned with her journey-focused brand.
Step 1: Discovery & Strategy - Deep dive into Cinzia’s coaching style, values, and audience. - Defined key brand attributes: clarity, confidence, and transformation. - Researched visual inspirations that balance professionalism and approachability.
Step 2: Visual Identity & Brand Design - Created a refined color palette, with Brave Tangerine as a signature color to evoke warmth and energy. - Choose Poppins as the primary typeface for a modern, clean, and welcoming feel. - Designed organic, fluid shapes representing personal growth and transformation, used as background elements. - Developed a bold yet minimalistic illustration style, inspired by linocut textures, to give the brand a unique personality.
Step 3: Implementation & Refinement - Applied the new identity across various brand assets, ensuring consistency. - Provided brand guidelines to maintain coherence in future applications. - Worked closely with Cinzia to refine every detail, ensuring the brand truly represented her vision.

The Results

The new brand identity transformed how Cinzia presents herself and her coaching practice: ✅ A cohesive and modern brand that aligns with her mission. ✅ A recognizable visual language that sets her apart from other coaches. ✅ Brand assets that support her online presence, from LinkedIn to her website.
This project was a true collaboration, blending strategy and creativity to build a brand that not only looks great but also supports Cinzia’s growth as a coach.
