As a leader of a diverse and extensive team of over 100 engineers spanning DevOps, security, blockchain engineering, and frontend development, I spearheaded the architectural overhaul and creation of Exchange Platform v2. This project was pivotal in transforming our customer experience and driving significant revenue growth by integrating modern technologies with robust scalability measures.

Objective: Lead a large team of specialized engineers to deliver complex projects predictably and efficiently.
