The Challenge GSAC Autism Centre faced a significant administrative bottleneck. Their intake process for new students and therapy sessions involved high-friction data collection, requiring the capture of sensitive medical history, developmental milestones, and consent forms. The manual handling of these complex records was prone to errors and delayed the start of critical care.

The Solution I engineered a sophisticated, HIPAA-compliant digital ecosystem using Jotform to modernize their entire operations. Instead of a standard form, I built a multi-stage "Command Center" for data collection.
