With this home decor account, I took over the management from a non-boutique agency which was not giving Client's campaigns adequate attention. Previous agency's rep preferred to work on Meta accounts and the agency as a whole was too large to maintain a proper relationship on a 1:1 level. This is a commonly frustrating experience for many of my clients and is a major reason why they prefer working with a specialist who only focuses on nurturing Pinterest accounts. Prior to my full-funnel ad campaign setup, I had to fortify the existing campaign's very basic targeting variables with strongly affiliated interests before pruning out the lowest-performing ones. While monitoring the KPIs vigorously, testing the layering of additional campaigns and collaborating extensively with Client for a full-funnel approach, Client's ROAS steadily climbed well past the starting/minimum goal of a 6x ROAS. We are running Brand Awareness, Traffic/Consideration, Catalog and Conversions (Prospecting and Retargeting) to keep the pipeline flowing for the long run. This process took 6-7 months.
