Implementation of improvement of onboarding and sales processes at a SaaS healthcare company.
- I started working as call coaching manager at Adit andnoticed some inefficiencies in on oarding process, that's where my journey started in project management.
- Coordinating with CEO on building a smooth process for onboarding and sales department
Implemented combination strategies of lean six- Sigma and scrum to support the customer support, sales and Onboarding department.
Hired a team of project coordinators and trained them on onboarding process.
Managed to implement change management across the team and quality assurance thereafter.
