Personalized Skin Tone Celebration via WhatsApp Chatbot

Developed a conversational chatbot experience for Nivea's "Cocoa Shades" campaign. The bot interacted with users on WhatsApp, analyzed their selfie to determine their unique skin tone, and created a personalized image with a Pantone-style color swatch for social media sharing. Built the conversation flow using PHP and leveraged AWS services for image processing, storage, and message delivery.
