Helped build ServicePad from scratch with a small development team, then led delivery as the product grew into a contract management platform used by thousands of users across multiple US states.

Scaled delivery to 20+ contributors across engineering, QA, design, and business analysis. Managed stakeholder alignment, sprint reviews, release planning, API discussions, delivery risks, and product trade-offs. I also introduced DORA-based engineering metrics to improve predictability and support data-driven retrospectives.
