Cabana is a working customer portal and operations demo for a fictional pool-service company. It connects customer requests, test deposits, staff approval, scheduling, visit completion and service notes.
Member email sign-in, request and status screens, Stripe test deposits, Telegram approval and scheduling, Airtable completion controls and visit-note updates. Recorded booking changes drive notifications, retries and field-level reconciliation.
AI classifies requests; eligible repairs can open a fixed $75 test deposit before staff approval. Staff approve the work and assign visit times.

A recorded October 26, 2026 test covered email sign-in, request, test deposit, the actual Telegram approval button, scheduling, Airtable completion and the exact visit note in Service history. All six lifecycle and scheduling events reached Airtable and Telegram without retries.
Reconciliation matched 16 current bookings across 11 fields with zero drift. Fourteen historical QA records were preserved and counted separately.
