Customised & Integrated Chatbot with Online banking (Web) & Public website using one script integration to create trigger (bubble) and widget using iframe. Added Inactivity timeout experience, Platform incompatibility checks (in terms of storage and cookies) etc. Implemented Parent to iframe and vice-versa communication for functionalities. Used BroadcastChannel to solve multi-tab chatbot opening/closing security concern.

Customised & Integrated Chatbot with Mobile banking app and solved the challenges around handling links, Deep links, cross-compatibility concerns around iOS & Android, etc.

Created an Authentication gateway (with MFA) for Unauthenticated user with logout experience. Implemented notifications in form of snack bars / toasters.

Added animation effects like bouncing of bubble, smooth fade in/out of widget, multi-box loader etc.

Added multi-language support (i.e. localization/globalization) for English and Spanish.

Extensively worked on cookies and their challenges while working on this project.
