Built and deployed a multi-tenant B2B real estate SaaS platform with native iOS & Android apps - handling real estate transaction workflows, tenant isolation, and cross-platform compliance at production scale.

Real estate transaction coordinators manage sensitive, high-stakes property deals where data consistency is the core product requirement. The platform needed to extend a complex Next.js web application into native iOS and Android apps while maintaining tenant isolation, app store compliance, and reliable real-time data synchronization.

Full stack delivery using Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, shipped live to both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

Agent Impersonation System: Built a session-swap mechanism so support agents could see exactly what a client was seeing. Our data access rules were enforced at the database level based on identity, so a simple "view as client" toggle couldn't work. We had to issue the agent a real session as the client, with all write actions blocked to prevent misuse.

Native App Packaging: Integrated Median (GoNative) wrappers to compile .ipa and .aab bundles, bridging the web platform into native mobile containers without a full rewrite

Platform Compliance Layer: Implemented runtime device detection to conditionally suppress web-only payment flows inside native builds, satisfying App Store and Play Store review policies

Observability Stack: Wired in PostHog for analytics, Sentry for native crash monitoring, and OneSignal for push notifications, giving the team full production visibility from day one

Shipped a live platform across both major app storefronts, with full production observability and a working support tool that previously didn't exist. Beyond execution, this project also involved real product judgment: when the client wanted every in-app message to trigger an instant email, we pushed back, flagging that message volume would generate hundreds of emails per user per day and damage email deliverability. We proposed a daily digest instead, paired with existing in-app notifications, which they adopted.
