Of course, as a Virtual Assistant specialising in the transportation, manufacturing and e-commerce industries at Zoomi Transportation, and Sotita Nigeria Limited, my role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. Here is a list of the roles and responsibilities I undertake:

Managing appointments, meetings and transport logistics.

Correspondence and enquiries from clients, partners and team members.

Organise and digital documents, contracts and records.

bookings and reservations for clients and ensure accurate documentation.

Communication with drivers to ensure they have the necessary details for each assignment.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.

Resolve any issues that may cause problems that may arise during transport, or other services ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work with drivers to optimise routes, minimise travel time and improve operational efficiency.

Monitoring real-time traffic conditions and adjust routes as needed to avoid delays.

Maintain clear channels of communication between drivers, customers and internal teams.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs and to address any unforeseen changes.

Entering relevant data into company databases and generate reports related to transportation schedules, customer feedback and operational metrics.

My role as a Virtual Assistant at Zoomi Transportation, and Sotita Nigeria Limited revolves around maintaining operational excellence, optimising the customer experience and contributing to the experience and contributing to the overall success of the company's services.
