I analyzed data from various airlines to identify the expected passenger seat counts across different cabin classes, including Business, Premium, Economy Plus, and Economy. The goal was to provide the sales department with accurate, data-driven insights to optimize their offerings and tailor their sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each airline. By delivering detailed seat count estimations, I enabled the sales team to better align their services with customer demand, improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
