Foodpanda is one of the largest online food and grocery delivery platform in the Philippines.
While working as an intern in the company, I was tasked to build an internal website housing the Vendor Support Department's Standard Operating Procedures. Having a website makes it easy for foodpanda agents to follow troubleshooting guidelines for issues they receive from customers on a day-to-day basis.
Before having a website, the core vendor support team housed their SOPs using Google Docs, which was not optimal. It was hard to maintain and lacked accessibility, with no images and guides to support foodpanda agents.
The entire project needed my expertise in Webflow development, web design, and content writing. This was also made possible by the help of the Vendor Support Team, mainly providing content and feedback to the entire project.
We utilized Webflow's powerful content management system, Finsweet's attributes solution, and Client-first development method.
