Leadership and Personal Development Expansion Project

Squarespace Website Design, Kajabi Website Design + Multiple Kajabi Course Design & Development Projects

The client, a leadership development trainer, wanted to build out two sides of her business: professional development and personal development.

On the professional development side, she wanted to expand her keynote speaking opportunities and codify her training workshops into three formal, scalable programs under the brand umbrella Jes & Co.

On the personal development side, she wanted to launch two personal development courses and one subscription membership under the brand umbrella Reinvention Roadtrip®.

Over the past 5+ years, we've accomplished this and more. We've grown her income, sent 22+ cohorts through her signature personal development program (28 Days of Reinvention), put over 1,400 people through her Living Beyond Burnout course, and built a thriving membership (Reinvention Hub). We've built out three formal leadership development programs: The Leadership Academy, The Mentorship Academy and The Fab 4 Experience, and have expanded her keynote speaking reach nationally. Her client list now includes: Amazon, Google for Startups, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Palo Alto Networks, The Kroger Company, Golden Corral, amongst many others.

Over the past 4.5 years, I have designed, built, launched, tested, refined and successfully marketed the following for Jes & Co:

A customizable 4-to-6 module professional development training workshop (The Leadership Academy) delivered through a hybrid model. Four to six workshops are delivered in person; supplemental course materials and lessons are delivered via a Kajabi course online and on-demand. I designed and built the workshop and course using Canva, Descript, and Kajabi tools. This hybrid workshop has been so successful that the client has hired other professionals to help her deliver it to her many customers.

A versatile professional development training workshop (The Mentorship Academy) also delivered through a hybrid model. Six workshops are delivered in person; supplemental course materials and lessons are delivered through Kajabi as an online course (self-guided). Again, I designed and built the workshop and course using Canva, Descript, and Kajabi tools.

A hybrid workshop for high performing teams (The Fab 4 Experience), complemented by an online experience (which I built in Kajabi) and downloadable worksheets (created in Canva).

An intensive 28-day online course (28 Days of Reinvention), including video, text, downloadable resources, a physical workbook, accompanied by five live group coaching sessions. I served as the instructional designer and the executor of the project; I built the graphics in Canva, edited the videos in Descript, and built the course in Kajabi. I also built and managed the website and all the behind-the-scenes pieces of the project (offers, checkout, post-purchase experience, sales funnels). We have put 22+ cohorts through this $1,000 course.

A 3-week online course (Living Beyond Burnout), including video, text, downloadable resources and a physical workbook. An ongoing subscription Membership delivering videos, downloadable resources, and live sessions (Reinvention Hub). I am the primary designer, executor and marketer for this successful membership program.
