Product Management for Reign.com Web Application

In 2018, I was hired by Reign.com as a Product Manager, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, I was responsible for driving the product strategy and vision for their web application initiatives.

This involved developing and managing the product roadmap, defining requirements based on market analysis and user research, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog.

A significant part of the role included fostering collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholder teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. The project moved rapidly from concept to completion within an aggressive 6-month timeline, ultimately launching 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
