As the founding engineer and eventual Engineering Lead, I owned the technical vision and execution for BidOut, a SaaS platform acquired by Enverus. I guided the product through its entire lifecycle, from building the initial proof of concept to scaling the technology, team, and security protocols to meet the demands of a successful acquisition.

Led all technical growth from the initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to a successful acquisition by Enverus.

Architected and developed the core platform using VueJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB.

Spearheaded the expansion of the engineering team from a solo developer to a team of 8, while maintaining technical leadership.

Implemented a microservices architecture and established development workflows using GCP and AWS to ensure scalability and performance.

Played a key role in achieving SOC2 certification by establishing and maintaining critical security compliance standards.
