Contract: Freelance Irrigation Consulting

An irrigation expert, in the great state of Montana, approached me. He was looking to start a business providing irrigation consulting to local municipalities and schools, and he needed a contract to protect himself. We worked to understand the nature of the consulting and craft an independent contractor contract that would protect this client's interests.
