This visual journey map was created for a wellness-based coaching brand preparing to launch a digital offer. I conducted a full strategy session with the client to map out the ideal path from initial lead capture through nurturing, conversion, and long-term engagement. The map includes opt-in logic, email sequence touchpoints, CRM tagging strategy, and passive income pathways such as Substack subscriptions, book sales, and support group memberships.
