Jade Software underwent a rebrand to revitalise its presence in the market and highlight its' products that power some of New Zealand’s leading brands. The brand direction was created by an external agency, and they needed support to develop a design system and generate brand assets, with a focus on delivering a fresh new website.

Jade software underwent a rebrand to revitalise its market presence and better highlight its products powering leading brands. The core challenge was translating a mature, resilient, and confident brand identity into a website that represented those values with a systematic design for colour, layout, imagery, and messaging. The site also needed to launch quickly, so an agile page-by-page rollout was used.

Adopted a contemporary design, balancing strong grids, bold typography, and vibrant activator colour to guide users through the pages.

Streamlined site navigation and architecture with a mega-nav and new groups supporting Jade’s product suite.

Built within Hubspot using the Power existing theme, while auditing modules and creating custom sections to ensure a distinctive look despite platform constraints.

Developed a brand system including an image library and hero video (using stock, original, and ai-generated visuals) aligned to the brand messaging.

Created foundational design system guidelines (colour, typography, components, imagery) to support consistency and future scalability.

Created an Ai image recipe to generate consistent, unique, imagery.
