Making a digital product feel tangible

Fieldwork is a self-initiated fictional visual kit for a guide that helps creators shape and launch a useful digital product. I developed its visual identity, editable book-cover design and three coordinated launch layouts in Glorify.

The creative challenge

A digital guide has no physical package on a shelf, yet its launch visuals still need to communicate what it is, who it is for and why someone should pay attention. The challenge was to give this fictional offer a recognizable product identity while making its practical, step-by-step premise easy to scan.
The kit also needed to perform three different communication jobs: introduce the product, explain its benefits and announce the offer. I designed those as distinct compositions within one visual system.

Design direction and rationale

Deep forest green anchors the identity, while acid yellow creates a strong focal point and gives the book a recognizable silhouette. Space Grotesk typography brings a direct, contemporary character. Large numerals and clearly separated text groups reinforce the idea of a useful working guide rather than a decorative publication.
The layouts alternate the emphasis of the two main colors. The product presentation uses a dark field to let the bright book lead. The benefits graphic turns the content into an ordered three-step sequence. The launch poster uses an acid-yellow composition with the book on a forest panel, making the announcement distinct while retaining the same product identity.

Native mockup and editable cover

I used Glorify's native ebook mockup to give the product its perspective, page edges and shadow. Through the mockup's Edit content workflow, I built the cover with separate editable text and shape layers, including the title, supporting copy, numbered panel and color blocks.
That native mockup appears in both the product presentation and launch poster. The surrounding headlines, labels, shapes and backgrounds were composed in Glorify. This keeps the product cover and launch layouts adaptable: changing the cover content is a different task from changing the copy or arrangement on the parent canvas.

Deliverables

Product mockup composition — 1600 × 1200
Three-step benefits graphic — 1080 × 1350
Launch poster — 1080 × 1350
Editable Glorify source project, native mockup cover content and individual PNG exports

Usage and handoff

The three layouts can support a digital-product launch across product presentation, educational social content and promotional announcements. The editable source allows future changes to the offer name, cover copy, benefits and campaign messages while retaining the visual direction.
For a real product, the final manuscript, approved benefit claims, purchase destination and platform-specific dimensions would be confirmed before launch. The design deliverable here is the visual packaging and promotional kit; the fictional guide and toolkit are not completed instructional products.
I reloaded the saved project, exported all three layouts through Glorify and inspected the PNGs at their intended dimensions. I also retained editor evidence of the native mockup and editable cover layers. The result is a coordinated product identity and launch set with practical source files for later adaptation.
Disclosure: Self-initiated fictional concept. The guide and toolkit are product-packaging concepts, not completed instructional products. No client, sales figures or performance outcomes are claimed.
