Luxury Brochure Design

The Penthouse at The Corniche is the epitome of luxury, the asking price of £18 million meant the brand needed to appeal to an extremely high profile clientele. The triplex apartment boasts four bedrooms, which are set over three floors and features a statement elliptical staircase and huge private roof terrace. 

The solution I designed for Berkeley was a brochure that was simple and elegant, focusing on the triplex apartments USP’s and enviable London location. The gold foiling and textured grey were taken from the buildings exterior and interior design. I also created website concepts and magazine advertising, alongside a set of detailed floorplans that slip into a pocket at the back of the brochure.
