In the end, I crafted several hypothesis to gain insights into user behavior and validate my design decisions.
In increasing the frequency of expert-led discussions in the forums will result in higher user engagement and longer session durations.
Creating specialized finance groups based on user interests will lead to increased participation and knowledge-sharing among group members.
Organizing the knowledge hub articles into curated collections and featuring them prominently will increase user interaction with the content and time spent on the platform.
Integrating portfolio connection functionality with popular brokerage platforms will streamline user experience and encourage more users to connect their portfolios.
Incorporating human-derived stock recommendations, vetted by finance experts and community members, will result in higher user trust, engagement, and overall satisfaction with the investment advice provided within the QuestionMate Product.
