I was tasked with creating two character: a six year old boy named Khayal and the Snail Bear.
The story is based in the farms of Tamil Nadu, South India. Here are the first exploration sketches done for the project.

For the end of the project there were 3 deliverables: 1 landscape of Khayal’s house, 1 digital painting of the Snail Bear and Khayal’s first encounter and a quick turnaround of Khayal.
