Arbour is an independent estate agency for London and the country. Quiet surfaces, considered pacing, homes sold with discretion — never theatre.
The site had to feel like the work: Chelsea brick, river light, country stone. A portfolio you walk through, not a grid of stock listings.
Requirements
Design and build a custom Framer site from scratch. Original layout — not a template restyle.
One visual world from home to properties, neighbourhoods, notes, and enquiry. No mixed stock. Photography that could hold a luxury brief without looking staged.
My Work
Structure, type, and motion in Framer. Listings as a considered portfolio. Neighbourhoods, journal notes, and a private viewing flow. Desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Every still on the site was generated in Lummi: facades, rooms, streets, the same light and materials so nothing reads as a random library.
I set the direction (quiet architecture, one palette), generated and selected the set, then placed it in the canvas. Same work as my Lummi creator profile: https://www.lummi.ai/creator/builtbykern
