It combines conversational AI, real-time lead qualification, CRM-ready data capture, configurable routing, follow-up workflows, and persistent customer context. The goal was simple: give businesses an always-on front desk that can engage prospects immediately, collect the right information, and move every conversation toward a clear next step.
