I wrote and designed a welcome email flow for Scout Veterinary Care that spans three emails. The campaign's focus is on education and information rather than promotion.
—To help people who join the newsletter better understand Urgent Care for pets and how it's different from other care services like emergency care or regular vet visitation.
—To also inform (and show) pet parents how Scout is different from any other veterinary visit experience for both them and their four-legged friend.
And you bet I did justice with the email!
