Banavo is an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform that helps eCommerce teams optimize performance across ads, retention, and operations. I was in charge of transforming their early Webflow template into a fully customized, scalable website aligned with their brand and conversion goals.

🔧 Process
1. Template Refactor
Instead of starting from scratch, we selected a base Webflow template. My job was to break it down, rework the structure and components to fit Banavo’s new brand and voice.
2. Multi-Page Layout Implementation
Developed 8+ custom pages including Home, Product Suites (Acquire, Retain, Operate, Convert), Leadership, Contact, and Integrations.
3. CMS Setup
Built a CMS for scalable modules like “AI Copilots”, allowing the client to easily manage dynamic content moving forward.
4. Performance + SEO
Applied Webflow best practices for performance and SEO: optimized images, lazy loading, proper heading structure, meta tags, and more.
5. Animations & Polish
Used Webflow native interactions for scroll-based reveals and transitions, ensuring a modern feel while keeping loading times light.
