Character Study - Olly Octopus

Olly Octopus is a character I designed based on my Twitch avatar of an octopus. I'm hugely inspired by the ocean. How could I not be though? I am Australian after all!

Olly is loosely based on my favourite animal, the blue ring octopus. A small but deadly little animal which can kill but is also unbelievably cute! I've been enjoying the process of sketching. The process of taking a sketch from my books and then transforming them digitally.
