Diabetic Retinopthy Detection

Basically this project will detect the diabetes of patient with there stage as well. The is basically a web based system and that will save the patient history as well. when doctors wants the patient data it will search the patient previous history easily using his or her cnic. and this will also generate a pdf report of patient as well
