Urban Company – Lead Generation for Service Providers
Objective:
Hired to generate high-quality leads for specific service providers (e.g., plumbers, electricians) across multiple cities. The challenge was to meet precise lead targets for each city while maintaining an ideal Cost Per Lead (CPL) of ₹50 or lower.
Strategy:
Primarily leveraged Facebook and Instagram to optimize costs, as these platforms offered lower CPMs.
Launched separate campaigns for each city and service category to ensure efficient budget allocation and targeted lead generation.
Results:
Successfully met the required lead targets ahead of schedule.
Achieved an average CPL of ₹45, outperforming the set benchmark.
Over 70% of the leads qualified as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring high conversion potential.
