The Lunchbox Dilemma is a playful and nostalgic three-part series on the shared “smelly lunch” experience that highlights unconscious biases toward the Asian diaspora, while illustrating the identity and acceptance issues encountered by those who grew up in two different worlds. I designed the companion interactive web experience with a focus on Y2K internet nostalgia. Readers can watch the CBC series, read additional interviews, and interact with various elements.
