The client reached out with a need to develop a radio website.

Though I have Web development knowledge, it is not a skill I advertise nor do I take up regularly. However, I was poised to assist the client in being the project manager and DNS expert for this project.

One unique requirement was to incorporate DNSSEC, an advanced security protocol for domains, for this website.

As the project manager, I assisted in the hiring process of skilled web developers as well as created the project plan to execute this project. My expertise allowed me to seamlessly translate the desired outcome to technical requirements and then create actionable steps for the developers.

In the end, the client was very satisfied with the work completed.
